Terms of Service — Govrl.io

Govrl.io (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Vietnam. Govrl.io provides a web application and a companion browser extension that help creators research viral videos, outlier performance, similar channels, trending formats and AI-assisted channel analysis. By creating an account, installing the extension, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Govrl.io is sold as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) to a hosted software service. There is no physical product and no shipping. Access is delivered instantly to your account after payment, and your plan’s features become available immediately. Plans, feature limits and prices are described on our pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment, billing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT, and provides customer service for billing enquiries. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or the customer portal link in your receipt email; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your first payment. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

You agree not to: resell, sublicense or share your account with others; scrape, resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service as a competing product; attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or authentication; reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; or use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

The Service analyses publicly available information from third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. For YouTube, Govrl.io uses the YouTube API Services; by using these features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We do not guarantee continued availability of any third-party data source, and features may change if a platform changes its access rules.

Some features generate ideas, titles, scripts, thumbnails or analysis using AI models. Output is provided for your consideration only, may be inaccurate, and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish, and for ensuring it complies with the rules of the platform you publish on.

Govrl.io is a research and productivity tool. We do not promise views, subscribers, revenue, virality, or any specific business outcome. Any figures shown in marketing or examples are illustrative, not a promise of results.

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we make a material change to pricing that affects your active subscription, we will notify you by email before it applies to your next renewal.

The Service, including its software, design and content, remains our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active. Content you create using the Service belongs to you.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your payment fails and remains unpaid.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply to you.
