Refund Policy — Govrl.io

The 7-day refund applies to your first payment on a plan — whether monthly or yearly. Request it within 7 days of the payment date and you get a full refund, no reason required.

Email wanghie1912@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. Include your order number if you have it. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes 5–10 business days to show the money.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal payments are not automatically refundable, because you can cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid being charged. Cancel from your account or via the customer portal link in any receipt email — cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a renewal caught you by surprise — you forgot to cancel and hadn’t used the Service in that new period — email us anyway. We would rather refund you than keep money you didn’t mean to spend. We handle these case by case, in good faith.

If the Service is not working as described and we cannot fix it for you, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the 7-day window. Tell us what went wrong and we’ll make it right.

We may decline a refund where there is clear abuse — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding, sharing or reselling an account, or attempting to bypass plan limits. This is to protect the Service, not to trap honest customers.

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. Where local law gives you more protection than this policy, that law applies.
